At Flownovas, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we follow a specific refund and return policy as outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:

    • The flowers arrived damaged, wilted, or incorrect (e.g. wrong color, style, or message).

    • The delivery was missed due to an error on our part (wrong address, failed delivery without attempt).

    • The order was cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled delivery time.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for:

    • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

    • Customer not being available to receive the flowers.

    • Changes of mind after delivery has been dispatched.

    • Weather or courier delays beyond our control.


2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or return request, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • A clear photo of the item (if applicable)

3. Refund Process

    • Once your claim is verified, we will process a full refund, a partial refund, or redelivery at no cost depending on the situation.

    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 3–7 business days.


4. Cancellations

    • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received 24 hours in advance.

    • Same-day or next-day orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
